Landid is a polished, modern property-search companion app built for Australians who want to explore land listings with precision and ease. At the heart of Landid is RoomKit, Apple’s spatial data framework, which gives the app the ability to load and visualise property boundaries and lot geometries with exceptional clarity.
Instead of relying on static images or web-based tools, Landid uses RoomKit to create high-fidelity, vector-accurate representations of each property, allowing users to understand dimensions, shape, and orientation at a glance. Combined with a refined SwiftUI interface, the experience feels fast, natural, and deeply interactive.
Users can browse regions, inspect individual lots, save favourites, and explore listings directly on a map with smooth panning, zooming, and boundary overlays. The result is an app that feels purpose-built for land discovery, offering spatial awareness that traditional real-estate apps simply don’t provide.
